The deposit varies according to the package. It begins at $500.

The balance is due four weeks before the wedding.

We accept cash, personal cheque, money order, Visa, or Mastercard.

Q4 Will Romantagraphs Hold A Date While I Decide? (Back to top)
No. The first couple who meet with us, decide to use us and who pays their deposit secures that date. To avoid disappointment, act as soon as possible.

Q5 Does Romantagraphs Photograph More Than One Wedding A Day? (Back to top)
No. You get our wholehearted attention. We firmly believe in establishing a solid relationship with our brides & grooms to discover exactly how they want us to photograph their special day. Your day becomes a fun, romantic, warm day you’ll treasure always and feel individualized about.

Q6 Who Is The Wedding Photographer? (Back to top)
The owner of Romantagraphs, Ken Holt, is your wedding photographer. The only way this would vary was if he was too ill to attend. We have arrangements with a substitute photographer to attend in this event. However, to date, this has never occurred.

Q7 Why Does Romantagraphs Have A Stylist? (Back to top)
Your day is long and you want it to be fun…… not tedious. We combine natural candid photos with some traditional posed images. The stylist, Kathie Holt, organizes the photograph structure quickly and effortlessly, gathering the required parties together, enabling you to enjoy faster, more relaxed photographs. Kathie also ensures all the little features are looking their best.

Q8 Why Do I Need Pre-Wedding Consultations? (Back to top)
The reasons are many.
Firstly, you’ll spend a long time with your photographer and stylist on your wedding day. It’s vital to like and trust them. Having established a relationship pre-wedding, you can feel relaxed on the day.
Secondly, we want to know the style of photography that you like and want.
Lastly, at your consultations, the “i’s” are dotted and the “t’s” crossed. We want your day to flow beautifully. All plans are finalized to ensure nothing is missed on your day.

Q9 How Many Locations Can I Go To? (Back to top)
This is up to you. Our added value packages include a generous time limit. Or you can select the time you require. The time starts from our arrival at the first location, and from there includes travelling time to the other locations. So you tell us where you would like us to photograph you.
Any unexpected extra hours, or part thereof, are charged at $200 per hour payable on collection of your images. This fee covers both the photographer and the stylist.

Q10 What Happens If It Rains? (Back to top)
Unfortunately we cannot reschedule your wedding. So, in consultation with you, we work out the best places to photograph you on the day in the event of bad weather.

Q11 Does Romantagraphs Travel Nationally And Internationally? (Back to top)
We will photograph your wedding wherever it is. For locations outside the Greater Sydney/Illawarra/Macarthur areas please speak to us to establish travelling costs.

Q12 Does Romantagraphs Shoot Film Or Digital? (Back to top)
We use both film and digital. The choice is yours.

Q13 Do We Provide A Meal At The Reception for Romantagraphs? (Back to top)
Yes. If we attend your reception, a meal is to be provided for both the photographer and the stylist.

Q14 How Long Before I Get My Photographs? (Back to top)
Usually your images are available for collection four weeks after your wedding. In peak season, this may take a little longer. Understanding your excitement, we strive to get your images to you as fast as we can.

Q15 How Do I Order Photographs For My Guests? (Back to top)
Use our online ordering system if you have chosen a digital package.
For film packages, all images are numbered for easy ordering.

Q16 Do I Get My Film Negatives? (Back to top)
Yes. When we have finished providing you with the balance of your package, and any guest requirements, negatives are released to you free of charge. You will have 12 months to place your orders. Orders received after this are no longer redeemable and no exception will apply.

Q17 Do You Use My Photographs For Advertising Purposes? (Back to top)
Romantagraphs reserves the right to use any images they have taken for advertising and promotional purposes. Romantagraphs retains the copyright to all photographs taken (even though negatives and Hi Res Files are included in the packages).

Q18 Do You Do Pre Wedding Shots? (Back to top)
Certainly. This is often a great way to get to know each other. And often this is a free session for you. Contact us for further details.

Q19 Are Wedding Night Shots in Sydney CBD Extra? (Back to top)
It all depends on when we start work for you. Please look at our time structure and you can establish whether Night Shots can be fitted into that time or require extra time.

Q21 Can I Have A Mounted Enlargement To Display At My Reception For The Guests To Sign?
Yes. From your Pre Wedding Photography Session, you can select your favourite photograph, decide the size required, and a price will be given to you.

Each wedding album is custom designed and individually styled. We offer traditional albums. stunning digital magazine style albums with an unbelievable range of effects, coffee table books, individualized parent albums…the choice is yours.
